Intangible cultural heritage is an important symbol of the historical and cultural achievements of a country and a nation,and an important part of excellent traditional culture.Taking plant printing and dyeing techniques as an example,this paper discusses the interaction between intangible cultural heritage and the city in combination with the local creation of the city.The localized development of plant printing and dyeing has rooted this intangible cultural heritage technique in the city,and has taken root and sprouted here with the unique attitude of this city.The city's protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has formed the city's characteristic business card,which has contributed to the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage culture.
