Research on the Ethical Problems and Policy Suggestions about Social Robots

[目的/意义]本文旨在探讨社交机器人引发的伦理问题及其解决方案。[方法/过程]本文对社交机器人伦理问题的相关研究成果进行了梳理,对社交机器人的种类、功能和角色进行了归纳分析,对社交机器人可能引发的伦理问题进行了演绎分析。[结果/结论]本文提出了社交机器人可能引发的5个伦理问题,即社会适应问题、情感绑架问题、行为失范问题、角色混乱问题和身份危机问题,并针对这些问题提出了社交机器人治理的相关政策建议。

[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this paper is to explore the ethical problems caused by social robots and put forward some solutions.[Method/process]This paper summarizes relative research achievements about ethical issues of social robots,sums up the types,functions and roles of social robots,and explores the ethical problems caused by social robots application.[Result/conclusion]This paper puts forward five problems about social robots application,namely,social adaptation problem,emotional kidnapping problem,behavior anomie problem,role confusion problem and identity crisis problem.Aimed at these problems,this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions on governance of social robots.
