美国一流高校体育智库的发展特征、经验及启示——以佛罗里达大学儿童健康政策研究所为例

The Development Characteristics,Experience and Enlightenment of American First-Class University Sports Think Tanks——Taking the Institute for Child Health Policy of the University of Florida as an Example

[目的/意义]本文旨在深入考察美国一流高校体育智库的国际化发展,为我国体育智库建设提供借鉴和启示。[方法/过程]本文运用比较法和文献分析的方法,对美国高校体育智库的发展状况和发展特征进行了分析。以美国佛罗里达大学儿童健康政策研究所(ICHP)为案例,从人员配置、资金筹集和研究成果传播推广等方面,对其运行模式展开深入研究。[结果/结论]借鉴美国一流高校体育智库的发展经验,我国体育智库应:开辟多元化、多渠道的资金来源以确保体育智库运作的独立性;以开放式的运作模式,促进跨学科交融研究;建立科研成果转化机制,公开报告影响决策;扩大体育智库开放交流,打造国际化智库视野。

[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this paper is to investigate the international development of sports think tanks in first-class universities in the United States,and provide reference and inspiration for the construction of sports think tanks in China.[Method/process]Using the methods of literature reviews and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of American sports think tanks.Taking the Institute for Child Health Policy of the University of Florida as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on its operation mode from the aspects of staffing,fund-raising,the dissemination and promotion of research results.[Result/conclusion]Drawing on the development experience of first-class university sports think tanks in the United States,Chinese sports think tanks should open up diversified and multi-channel sources of funds to ensure the independence of the operation of sports think tanks;implement an open operation mode to promote interdisciplinary research;establish the transformation mechanism of scientific research achievements,and make public reports to influence decision-making;expand the open exchanges of sports think tanks and create the vision of international think tanks.
