超声-微波协同法提取紫花芸豆中凝集素的研究

摘要 为探究超声-微波协同萃取对紫花芸豆凝集素活性的影响,利用正交设计试验得出最佳提取参数:浸提液PBS(pH 7.4)、料液比1∶8 (g/mL)、超声功率350 W、提取时间30 min、微波功率250 W,在此条件下提取得到的紫花芸豆凝集素凝集活性为78 251.78 HU/mg。 In order to explore the effect of ultrasonic-microwave co-extraction on the lectin activity of purple kidney bean, through orthogonal design experiment, the optimal extraction parameters were as follows, the extraction solution PBS(pH 7.4), the material-liquid ratio 1 ∶8(g/mL), the ultrasonic power 350 W, the extraction time 30 min, the microwave power 250 W. The lectin activity of purple kidney bean extracted was 78 251.78 HU/mg.
