摘要
采用超声波辅助提取后得到姬菇粗多糖,经三氯乙酸脱蛋白质、双氧水脱色和透析后得到纯化的精多糖,研究纯化过程对姬菇多糖体外抗氧化性和抑菌效果的影响。结果表明:粗多糖和精多糖能够清除·OH和ABTS^(+)·,并具有一定的还原力。姬菇精多糖对·OH和ABTS^(+)·的清除能力和还原力均低于粗多糖和维生素C。精多糖对大肠杆菌的生长有较好的抑制效果,当多糖质量浓度为4.00 mg/mL时,大肠杆菌被完全抑制,抑菌圈大于10.00 mm。粗多糖对大肠杆菌的抑制效果不明显,最小抑菌浓度仍高于8.00 mg/mL。姬菇多糖的纯度越高,抗氧化性越小,抑菌能力越强。
The crude polysaccharide of Pleurotus Cornucopiae was obtained by ultrasonic assisted extraction, and the purified refined polysaccharide was obtained by deproteinization with trichloroacetic acid, decolorization with hydrogen peroxide and dialysis. The effects of the purification process on the antioxidation and bacteriostasis of Pleurotus Cornucopiae polysaccharide in vitro were studied. The results showed that crude polysaccharide and refined polysaccharide could remove · OH and ABTS^(+)·, and had certain reducing power. The scavenging capacity and reducing power of agaricusblazei polysaccharide to · OH and ABTS^(+)· were lower than those of crude polysaccharide and vitamin C. The refined polysaccharide has a good inhibitory effect on the growth of Escherichia coli. When the mass concentration of polysaccharide was 4.00 mg/mL, the Escherichia coli was completely inhibited, and the inhibition zone was greater than 10.00 mm. The inhibitory effect of crude polysaccharide on Escherichia coli was not obvious, and the minimum inhibitory concentration was still higher than 8.00 mg/mL. The higher the purity of Pleurotus Cornucopiae polysaccharide, the smaller the antioxidant capacity, and the stronger the antibacterial capacity.
