摘要
采用免疫胶体碳方法制备了一种检测花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AFB_(1))的免疫胶体碳层析试纸条。结果表明:该试纸条检测时间为5~10min,保质期12个月,特异性较好,与其他黄曲霉毒素B结构类似物无交叉反应,检出限为2.0 ng/g。
An immunocolloidal carbon chromatography test strip for the detection of aflatoxin B_(1)(AFB_(1)) in peanut oil was prepared using the immunocolloidal carbon method. The results showed that the test strip had a detection time of 5~10 min, a shelf life of 12 months, good specificity, no cross-reaction with other aflatoxin Bstructural analogs, and a detection limit of 2.0 ng/g.
