南京市三所市属高校信息公开实施情况调查及改进建议

On the Implementation of Information Disclosure in Nanjing Municipal Colleges and Universities

我国高校信息公开制度自颁布实施至今已有十余年,高校信息公开工作质量是提升高校治理水平的重要推动力,同时也彰显着现代大学治理理念中的公开透明理念。市属高校作为我国高等教育普及化浪潮中产生的新建本科院校,其信息公开工作运行开展的现状如何,怎样提高此项工作的科学化水平,是颇受关注的重要问题。故选取南京市的三所市属高校作为研究样本,依据国家高校信息公开的制度文件,以各校信息公开专题网站为主要调研对象,对各市属高校的信息公开总体情况进行考察,并对其信息公开过程中呈现出的问题进行深入的原因探析,提出改进高校信息公开工作的可行路径。

The information disclosure system of colleges and universities in China has been promulgated and implemented for more than ten years.Promoting the development of the information disclosure work in colleges and universities is an important driving force to improve the management level of colleges and universities themselves,and also the embodiment of the concept of openness and transparency in the modern university governance concept.The current situation of the information disclosure operation of municipal universities and how to improve the scientific level of this work are the concerns of this research.This study selected three municipal universities in Nanjing as a research sample,according to the national institutional documents on information disclosure of colleges and universities,and with the special website of information disclosure of municipal colleges and universities as the main research object,the overall situation of information disclosure of municipal colleges and universities is investigated,the problems in the process of information disclosure are analyzed in depth,and the feasible path to improve the information disclosure of colleges and universities is proposed.
