基于“三教”改革的多元协同人才培养路径研究

摘要 当今社会对职业院校人才培养方式提出了新的要求,高质量的复合型人才越来越受到市场的青睐,这就要求院校加快教学改革的步伐,“三教”改革是新时代提升人才培养质量的有效手段。基于此,可对现有的教学问题进行分析,并提出“教师—教材—教法—教评”四个方面的教学改革内容,通过设置多元化的授课内容、多元化的师资资源、多元化的授课方式、多元化的教评体系,并借助协同理论,形成新的教学改革策略,进而阐明人才培养途径的实现问题。 Nowadays,the society has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of students in vocational colleges.High quality inter-disciplinary talents are more and more favored by the market,which requires the vocational colleges to speed up the pace of teaching reform.The three-education reform(The reform of teachers-teaching materials-teaching methods)is an effective means to improve the quality of cultivation in the new era.Based on this,this article first analyses the existing problems of teaching,and then puts forward the“teachers-teaching-materials-teaching methods-teaching evaluation”-four aspects of teaching reform.By setting the diversified of teaching materials,diversified teaching resources,diversification of teaching methods,diversified teaching evaluation system,both with the aid of coordination theory,further analyses the teaching reform so as to form a new teaching reform strategy.Finally,by introducing the concept of“multiple synergy index optimization”,this paper further clarifies the realization of talents training approach.
