幼儿园教师专业发展支持的未来走向--基于香港幼稚园教师专业发展支持方略的反思

摘要 针对当前幼儿园教师专业发展面临的工学矛盾突出、研修模式单一、园本研修质量难以保障的困境,着眼未来教师专业发展特征,基于对香港在幼稚园教师专业发展建构科学框架、推行专题性项目、建立良性闭环的支援方略的认识与反思,提出幼儿园教师专业发展支持的三个未来走向:增强倾听调研,减少行政指令;增强闭环思维,减少碎片思考;增强实事求是,减少杜撰臆造。这些未来走向将促进幼儿园教师持续的专业发展,实现学前教育的高质量发展。 In view of the dilemma faced by the professional development of kindergarten teachers,such as obvious contradiction in working and training,single research and training mode,difficulties in guaranteeing the quality of kindergarten-based research and training,focusing on the future teachers’professional development characteristics,based on the understanding and reflection on Hong Kong’s support strategy of constructing a scientific framework,implementing thematic projects and establishing a benign closed-loop in the professional development of kindergarten teachers,the paper puts forward three future directions of professional development support for kindergarten teachers:strengthening listening and researching and reducing administrative instructions;enhancing closed-loop thought and reducing fragmented mindset;reinforcing seeking truth from facts and reducing fabrication.These future trends will promote the continuous professional development of kindergarten teachers and realize the high-quality development of preschool education.
