摘要
教师教育课程改革意见的推进、幼儿园教师资格考试的实行以及《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》和《幼儿园教育指导纲要》的贯彻落实,给学前教育专业师资培养提出了更高、更全的要求。以学前教育专业“幼儿舞蹈创编”课程为例,在课程建设中面临着教学目标不明确、教学内容不系统、教学方法偏单一、教学评价偏陈旧等现状,应结合新课程改革意见,通过调整教学目标、拓展教学内容、改进教学方法、完善教学评价等措施来提高教育质量,使培养的学前教育师资更加符合时代发展和社会需求。
With the advancement of teacher education curriculum reform opinions,the implementation of kindergarten teacher qualification examination,the implementation of Guide and Outline,as well as various social evaluations at all levels,not only the training of teachers in preschool education has put forward more Higher and more comprehensive requirements test the quality of teacher training.This paper takes the preschool education major“Children’s Dance Creation”as an example,aiming at the current situation of unclear teaching objectives,unsystematic teaching content,single teaching methods,and outdated teaching evaluation,combined with the new curriculum reform opinions,by adjusting teaching objectives,expanding teaching Content,improving teaching methods,and perfecting teaching evaluation to improve the quality of education,so that the preschool education teachers we train are more in line with the development of the times and the needs of society.
