摘要
在古代“工匠精神”时而被误读为“奇技淫巧”,主要原因是忽视“道”之心境、“术”之精进和“德”之涵养。工匠精神有深刻的文化内涵,传统儒道思想强调“以道驭术”“厚德载术”和“道术合一”,可重新解读和丰富当代工匠精神之内涵。培育工匠精神必须兼顾“术”“道”和“德”并三者融会贯通,通过德艺双修、技术创新和文化建设等培养新时代高素质高技能的大国工匠和能工巧匠。
The main reason of“craftsman spirit”being sometimes misread as“strange and cunning skills”in ancient times is the ignorance of three factors:the state of mind of“Tao”,the improvement of“craftsmanship”and the cultivation of“morality”.Craftsman spirit has profound cultural connotation.The traditional Confucian and Taoist thoughts emphasize“controlling skills with Taoism”,“carrying skills with virtue”and“integrating Taoism”,which can re interpret and enrich the connotation of contemporary craftsman spirit.To cultivate craftsmanship spirit,consideration must be given to“art”,“Tao”and“virtue”and integrate them.High-quality and skilled craftsmen and skilled craftsmen of large countries in the new era can be cultivated through virtue and art double cultivation,technological innovation and cultural construction.
