A Path Exploration on Constructing Mental Health Education and Service System in University

高校心理健康教育与服务是实现大学生心理健康发展和提升大学生心理素质的重要措施,也是国家实现大学生素质教育和推动大学生全面发展的重要战略。当前,我国高校心理健康教育与服务体系的发展较快,但也存在一些问题,这在一定程度上影响着大学生心理健康教育目标的实现。科学的教育理念、本土化的学术理论、有效的管理机构、优化的课程体系、专业的师资队伍以及完善的服务体系,有助于高校心理健康教育与服务工作的顺利开展。

The mental health education and service in universities is not only an important measure to realize the mental health development and improve the psychological quality of university students,but also an important strategy for the country to realize the quality education and promote the all-round development of university students.At present,the development of mental health education and service system in universities in China is fast,but there are also many problems,which affect the realization of the goal of university students’mental health education to a certain extent.This paper holds that scientific educational ideas,academic theory of localization,effective management institutions,optimized curriculum system,professional teachers and perfect service system will be conducive to the smooth development of mental health education and service in universities.
