社会弹性对急诊科护士职业认同的影响

Influence of Social Resilience on Professional Identity of Nurses in Emergency Department

目的:探讨社会弹性对急诊科护士职业认同的影响,以期采取有效措施提高护士职业认同。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2020年10月-12月采用护士职业认同量表、社会弹性量表、一般人口学量表,调查新疆综合医院急诊科护士564名。结果:社会弹性总得分为(154.49±18.96),平均条目得分为(3.26±0.52);职业认同总得分为(82.55±11.86),各条目平均得分为(3.72±0.72),Pearson相关分析显示,急诊科护士职业认同得分与社会弹性总得分呈正相关(r=0.721,P<0.001);多元线性分层结果显示:学历、聘任方式、婚姻状况及社会弹性各维度是职业认同的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:社会弹性各维度均能影响急诊科护士的职业认同,护理管理部门应通过采取有效措施,提高社会弹性,增强急诊科护士的职业认同。

Objective:To explore the influence of social resilience on the professional identity of emergency nurses in order to take effective measures to improve the professional identity of nurses.Methods:The method of convenience sampling was adopted to investigate 564 emergency nurses in Urumqi General Hospital from October to December,2020 by using nurses'professional identity scale,social resilience scale and general demographic scale.Results:The total score of social resilience was(154.49±18.96),and the average item score was(3.26±0.52).Professional identity to(82.55±11.86),each entry scored an average of(3.72±0.717),Pearson correlation analysis showed that the emergency nurses professional identity score was positively correlated with total score of social elastic(r=0.721,P<0.001),multiple linear stratified according to the results,qualifications,employment way,marital status and social elasticity of each dimension is the influence factors of nurses professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion:Each dimension of social resilience can affect the professional identity of emergency nurses.Nursing management departments should take effective measures to improve social resilience and enhance the professional identity of emergency nurses.
