基于OBE理念“健康评估”课程线上线下混合式教学的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Online and Offline Blended Teaching of"Health Assessment"Course Based on OBE Concept

为适应新医科建设对护理本科生的综合能力培养提出的新要求,针对护理学专业《健康评估》课程的特点与教学过程中的问题,基于OBE理念,结合“两性一度”金课标准,通过研究课程教学内容的设置、教学方法的设计及组织实施、评价机制的改革探索了线上线下混合式教学模式。找到课程教学中存在的问题,重塑教学目标,构建教学体系,包括利用较丰富的线上教学资源,开展课前线上高效预习、测试、讨论以及课中深度学习进行线下分组讨论、讲评等教学活动,课后回顾强化及多元化的考核评价,提升学生综合素养。基于OBE理念的线上线下混合式教学促进了学生的学习积极主动性,提高了教学效果,为实现“以学生为中心,以成果为导向”的目标提供了一种可行的模式,具有着重要要的实践意义。

In order to adapt to the new requirements for the comprehensive ability training of nursing undergraduates put forward by the construction of the new medical department,aiming at the characteristics of the"Health Assessment"course of nursing major and the problems in the teaching process,based on the OBE concept,combined with the golden course standard of"one degree for both sexes",through Research on the setting of course teaching content,the design and implementation of teaching methods,and the reform of the evaluation mechanism to explore the online and offline hybrid teaching mode.Find problems in course teaching,reshape teaching goals,and build a teaching system,including using abundant online teaching resources to carry out efficient pre-class online previews,tests,discussions,and in-class deep learning for offline group discussions,lectures,etc.Teaching activities,after-class review strengthening and diversified assessment and evaluation,improve students'comprehensive quality.The online and offline blended teaching based on the OBE concept promotes students'initiative in learning,improves teaching effect,and provides a feasible model for realizing the goal of"student-centered,result-oriented",and has important practical significance.
