“碧护”对苹果叶片衰老过程和相关抗氧化酶系统的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以5年生富士苹果叶片为试材,探究“碧护”对黑暗诱导下苹果叶片衰老过程的影响。结果表明:喷施“碧护”可有效延缓黑暗诱导下苹果叶片衰老过程中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白的降解,减少H_(2)O_(2)的积累量并提高相关抗氧化酶(如CAT、POD和APX)的活性,缓解叶片衰老过程中的氧化损伤。研究结果为进一步探索“碧护”的功能及其作用机制奠定了基础,也为“碧护”在生产中用于调控植株叶片衰老提供了理论依据。 In order to explore the influences of“Bihu”on the senescence process of apple leaves induced by darkness,five-year-old Fuji apple leaves were used as test materials.The results showed that“Bihu”spraying could effectively delay the degradation of chlorophyll and soluble protein during the senescence of apple leaves induced by darkness,reduce the accumulation of H_(2)O_(2) and increase the activity of related antioxidant enzymes(such as CAT,POD and APX),and alleviate oxidative damage during leaf senescence.The results of this study lay a foundation for further exploring the function and mechanism of“Bihu”,and also provide a theoretical basis for“Bihu”to regulate leaf senescence in production.
