基于泛雅SPOC平台的混合教学模式在高职教学中的应用实践--以《食品包装设计》课程为例 被引量:2

摘要 信息化教育迅猛发展,SPOC促进MOOC与传统课堂深度融合。基于超星泛雅网络平台,探索“SPOC+课堂”混合式教学模式,以高职食品专业《食品包装设计》课程为应用实例,对教学设计思路、教学资源环境、混合式教学组织和教学考核评价进行了分析,以促进教学质量提升,为高职课程实现线上线下混合教学模式开展提供一定参考,推动高职食品专业课程教学改革与创新。 With the rapid development of information education,SPOC promotes the deep integration of MOOC online education and traditional classroom.Based on the Chaoxing Fanya network platform,the blended teaching mode of“SPOC+Classroom”was explored.Taking the course of“Food Packaging Design”of higher vocational food major as an application example,the teaching design ideas,teaching resources and environment,blended teaching organization and teaching assessment were analyzed to promote the improvement of teaching quality.It can provide some reference for higher vocational courses to realize online and offline blended teaching mode,and promote the teaching reform and innovation of higher vocational food specialty courses.
