脱毒马铃薯开放式组织培养抑菌剂的筛选

Screening of Bacteriostatic Agent in Open Tissue Culture of Virus-free Potato

为探讨抑菌剂益培隆在马铃薯开放式组织培养中的应用,为马铃薯开放式组织培养中抑菌剂的使用提供参考与理论依据,推进马铃薯开放式组织培养的推广,研究培养基中不同浓度的抑菌剂益培隆对脱毒苗污染率与生长指标的影响。结果表明,益培隆浓度为0.8 m L/L时马铃薯脱毒苗无污染且植株生长指标较好,建议马铃薯开放式组织培养培养基配方选择MS+10 g/L蔗糖+6 g/L琼脂+0.8 m L/L益培隆。

In order to explore the application of the bacteriostatic agent iperon on potato open tissue culture,provide reference concentration and theoretical basis for the use of the bacteriostatic agent in potato open tissue culture,and promote the popularization of potato open tissue culture,the effects of different concentrations of bacteriostatic agent iperon in culture medium on the pollution rate and growth index of virus-free seedlings were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of iperon was 0.8 m L/L,potato virus-free seedlings were not polluted and the plant growth indexes were better,so it was suggested that the medium formula of potato open tissue culture should be MS+10 g/L sucrose+6 g/L agar+0.8 m L/L iperon.
