不同南瓜砧木对海南冬春季薄皮甜瓜生长发育及品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Pumpkin Rootstocks on Growth,Development and Quality of Thin-skinned Muskmelon in Hainan in Winter

摘要 本试验采用8种南瓜砧木材料(黑霸、白籽、Y1-Y、连大、2号青杆、藤田刚、1号黑杆、思壮19,分别对应编号J1、J2、J3、J4、J5、J6、J7、J8)与自根苗(美浓,CK)为试验材料,以美浓为接穗进行嫁接栽培试验,研究嫁接苗的亲和性、生长指标,以及植株生长性状、果实性状、产量、果实品质等,以期筛选出抗病性强、产量高、品质优等综合性状优良的海南冬春季薄皮甜瓜嫁接砧木材料。试验结果表明,连大和思壮19表现较好,其中思壮19田间表现最优,其嫁接成活率为96.67%,嫁接苗健壮,植株长势强,果实可溶性固形物含量14.20%,折合667 m^(2)产量1412.36 kg,比CK增产26.90%,果肉质地香脆,对白粉病抗性较强,最适于作海南冬春季薄皮甜瓜嫁接砧木。 Eight pumpkin rootstocks(Heiba,Baizi,Y1-Y,Lianda,No.2 Green Stem,Fujita Gang,No.1 Black Stem,Sizhuang 19,with corresponding serial numbers of J1,J2,J3,J4,J5,J6,J7,J8)and self-rooted seedlings of Meinong(CK)were used as test materials,and Meinong was used as the scion to carry out a grafting cultivation experiment.The compatibility of grafted seedlings,growth indicators,as well as plant growth traits,fruit traits,yield,fruit quality and other contents were studied,in order to screen out suitable grafting rootstock materials of Hainan thin-skinned muskmelon in winter with excellent comprehensive characters such as strong disease resistance,high yield and excellent quality.The results showed that Lianda and Sizhuang 19 performed better.Sizhuang 19 performed the best in the field,and its grafting survival rate was 96.67%,in addition,the grafted seedlings were well-grown,and the plant grew vigorously.The pulp was crispy with the fruit soluble solid content of 14.20%,and the yield was 1412.36 kg/667 m2,which was 26.90%higher than that of CK.It had strong resistance to powdery mildew.In conclusion,Sizhuang 19 was the most suitable grafting rootstock for thin-skinned muskmelon in Hainan in winter.
