乘客行为导向的武汉市公交车站设计策略优化

PASSENGER BEHAVIOR-ORIENTED DESIGN STRATEGY OPTIMIZATION OF WUHAN BUS STATION

通过运用环境行为学基本理论,系统地探索公交车站设计改进策略。以武汉公交车站及其乘客为主要的研究对象,通过实地观察和记录乘客乘车过程中的外显行为,分析研究公交车站环境与乘客行为之间的相互作用与关系。总结出基于乘客行为分析的公交车站设计策略优化。基于乘客行为对城市公交车站的设计进行系统化的研究,总结出乘客行为成因及其与车站设施互动行为,为公交车站设计提供了一定的理论依据和方法参考。

To systematically explore the improvement strategies of bus station design by using the basic theory of environmental behavior.Taking Wuhan bus station and its passengers as the main research objects,the interaction and relationship between the bus station environment and passengers’behavior were analyzed and studied by observing and recording the explicit behavior of passengers during the ride.The optimization of bus station design strategy based on passenger behavior analysis was summarized.Based on the passenger behavior,the design of urban bus station is systematically studied,and the causes of passenger behavior and its interaction with station facilities are summarized,which provides a certain theoretical basis and method reference for bus station design.
