高职院校全面开展职业培训的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Carrying out Vocational Training Comprehensively in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校全面开展职业培训,能够促进就业和创业、深化职业教育改革发展、提升人才培养质量和办学能力。高职院校全面实施职业培训,还面临着学校和教师重视不够、未建立有效的管理模式、校企合作深度不够、保障不足等诸多问题。因此,亟需充分发挥职业教育资源优势,健全政校企多方协同的培训机制,完善培训激励机制和保障制度,进而全面提升培训质量。

Carrying out vocational training comprehensively in higher vocational colleges can promote employment and entrepreneurship,deepen the reform and development of vocational education,and improve the quality of talents training and school running ability.The comprehensive implementation of vocational training in higher vocational colleges also faces many problems,such as insufficient attention from schools and teachers,failure to establish an effective management mode,insufficient depth of school enterprise cooperation,and insufficient guarantee.Therefore,it is urgent to give full play to the advantages of vocational education resources,improve the training mechanism of government-school-enterprise cooperation,improve the training incentive mechanism and guarantee system,and then comprehensively improve the training quality.
