高职院校内部质量保证体系构建研究——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

在新的教育质量保障体系下,建立职业院校教学工作诊改制度是为了让职业院校能够在不依靠教育主管部门评估的情况下,对教学质量进行规范、精细的管理。渤海船舶职业学院结合自身实际,构建并实施适合高职院校长期发展的内部质量保证体系,进而通过常态化、周期化开展诊断与改进工作,稳步提升学院内部控制力和执行力。

Under the new education quality assurance system,the establishment of the diagnosis and reform system for teaching in vocational colleges is to enable vocational colleges to conduct standardized and meticulous management of teaching quality without relying on the evaluation of the competent education department.Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College has built and implemented an internal quality assurance system suitable for the long-term development of higher vocational colleges based on its own reality,and then steadily improved the internal control and execution of the college by carrying out normal and periodic diagnosis and improvement.
