基于职业仓的新型活页式教材建设研究——以船舶电气工艺设计与施工为例

现阶段船舶电气建造行业的教材内容实践性差,侧重于理论叙述,导致专业人才的培养脱离职业岗位需求。而职业仓的出现推动了职业教育的发展,通过校企共建,将典型工作任务的生产流程以工作手册的形式呈现,突出知识点与技能点,并配套信息化资源,再以活页方式装订,构建了适应职业教育发展、满足企业岗位人才需求的新型教材,为新形势下职业教育校本教材提供了建设思路。

At this stage,the content of textbook in the ship electrical construction industry is poor in practice and focuses on theoretical descriptions,which leads to the training of professional talents out of the needs of professional posts.The emergence of occupation warehouse has promoted the development of vocational education.Through the joint construction of college and enterprises,the production process of typical work tasks is presented in the form of work manuals,highlighting knowledge points and skill points,and with information resources,and then bound in loose-leaf form to build a new type of textbook that adapts to the development of vocational education and meets the needs of enterprise post,and to provide construction ideas for school-based textbooks for vocational education under the new situation.
