地方高校教师工程素养现状的调查与分析

摘要 在新工科背景下,以地方高校教师工程素养为研究对象,采用文献法、问卷调查、访谈、数据分析等方法,对几所地方高校的教师工程素养现状进行了调查,总结了教师的工程素养现状问题并进行原因分析,旨在通过对教师工程素养现状的思考,提出教师工程素养提升的策略与建议,契合工程教育专业认证和新工科发展需要,同时为其他高校教师工程素养研究提供参考。 Under the background of new engineering,taking the teacher’s engineering literacy in local colleges and universities as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of teachers’engineering literacy in several local colleges and universities by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and data analysis and other methods,summarizes the current problems of teachers’engineering literacy and analyzes the causes,aiming to put forward strategies and suggestions for improving teachers’engineering literacy through thinking about the current situation of teacher’s engineering literacy,which meets the needs of engineering education professional certification and new engineering development,and provides reference for the research of teachers’engineering literacy in other colleges and universities.
