陈云是伟大的马克思主义者,卓越的无产阶级革命家、政治家,是党和国家主要领导人,中国社会主义经济建设的开创者和奠基人之一。他把一生奉献给中华民族伟大复兴事业。在新民主主义革命时期,他为民族独立和人民解放顽强奋斗,是中华人民共和国的开国元勋。在社会主义革命和建设时期,他为确立社会主义基本经济制度、建立独立的比较完整的工业体系和国民经济体系做了大量卓有成效的工作,为探索我国社会主义建设道路作出了杰出贡献。在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,他为开创中国特色社会主义道路作出了卓越贡献。在比历史上任何时期都更接近中华民族伟大复兴目标的今天,我们要在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,将陈云等老一辈革命家开拓的中国特色社会主义事业不断推向前进,为实现中华民族伟大复兴接续奋斗。

Chen Yun is a great Marxist, an outstanding proletarian revolutionist and politician, a major leader of the Party and the country, and one of the pioneers and founders of China’s socialist economic construction. He devoted his life to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. During the period of new-democratic revolution, he fought tenaciously for national independence and the liberation of the people and was one of the founding fathers of the People’s Republic of China. During the period of socialist revolution and construction, he did a myriad of fruitful work to establish the basic socialist economic system as well as the independent and relatively complete industrial and national economic systems and made outstanding contributions to exploring the path of socialist construction in China. During the new period of reform, opening-up and socialist modernization, he made outstanding contributions to embarking on a socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Today, we are much closer to the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation than any period in history. Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, we will continue to advance the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics pioneered by Chen Yun and other older revolutionists and keep on striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
