摘要
针对在同一位置上下带有凹坑和凸台的金属小零件,介绍了如何通过理论分析,合理的工序安排,采用级进模优化设计与制造,实现制件的“凹凸”一次同时成形的冲压方法,达到批量生产,对类似制件的模具设计可提供参考。
Aiming at the small metal parts with pits and bosses at the same position,this paper introduces how to realize the stamping method of forming the pits and bosses at the same time through theoretical analysis,reasonable process arrangement,and optimized design and manufacturing of progressive die,so as to achieve the mass production of parts.It can provide a reference for die design of similar parts.
