摘要
针对塑件内外表面都有多个倒扣,难脱模的特点,设计了多次分型机构,使得模具按照顺序三次分型,保证了抽芯顺利进行。设计了液压二次抽芯机构,保证了长距离抽芯时塑件不被损坏。通过定模滑块内抽芯机构,解决了塑件顶部外表面倒扣的脱模。另外,采取了动模弹簧斜向抽芯进行塑件内表面倒扣脱模,并对塑件分型面设计,成型零件设计,浇注系统设计进行了阐述。
In view of the characteristics of the plastic parts with multiple undercuts on the inner and outer surfaces,which are difficult to demould,a multi parting mechanism is designed to make the mold parting three times in order to ensure the smooth core-pulling.The hydraulic secondary core-pulling mechanism is designed to ensure that the plastic parts will not be damaged during long distance core-pulling.Through the inner core-pulling mechanism of the fixed mould slider,the stripping of the top outer surface of the plastic part is solved.In addition,the moving mold spring is used to pull the core obliquely for the stripping of the inner surface of the plastic part.The design of parting surface,molding parts and gating system of plastic parts are also described.
