摘要
根据汽车挡泥板的结构特点,设计了一副大型薄壁顺序阀控制的热流道注射模。通过前期的模流分析,确定了先进合理的浇注系统。模具采用12组“直通式水管+倾斜式水管+隔片式水井”组合式随形水路,注射周期降低了10%。模具采用推块并通过矩形弹簧推出的脱模系统,有效解决了大型薄壁塑件脱模困难的问题。模具结构先进合理,试模一次成功,成型塑件精度达到了设计要求。
According to the structural characteristics of the fend of car,a hot runner and thin-wall injection mold with SVG was designed.The advanced and reasonable gating system was designed by using the mold flow analysis.The mold adopts 12 groups of"straight through water pipe+inclined water pipe+spacer well"combined shaped waterways,and the injection cycle is reduced by 10%.The problem of difficult demoulding of large thin-walled plastic parts is effectively solved by using the demoulding system of pushing blocks and pushing out through rectangular springs.The test mold is successful once,and the precision of the plastic part meets the design requirements,which proves that the mold structure is advanced and reasonable,.
