包覆式机盖外板轮眉棱线滑移改善

摘要 通过工艺补充部分增加台阶特征,改变成形过程中板料与制件部分的接触时间,从而减小了板料滑过制件圆角棱线的距离,降低了滑移距离,最终缓解了滑移线在制件上的形成,解决了包覆式机盖轮眉棱线位置滑移线的问题,实现了类似制件在减少返修/报废的前提下可以量产。 By adding the step feature through the process,it changes the contact between the plate and the part of the product during the forming process,thus reducing the distance between the plate and the edge of the product.The sliding distance is reduced,and finally the formation of the sliding line on the part is alleviated.The problem of the sliding line of the eyebrow line of the composite machine cover wheel is solved,and similar zero is achieved.The pieces can be mass produced on the condition that they are reduced to repair/scrap.
