基于师范专业认证课程目标达成度评价与教学改进 被引量:9

摘要 师范类专业认证中课程目标达成度评价是课程教学质量实现持续改进的重要依据,也是毕业要求达成度评价的基础.以高等学校化学(师范类)专业的中学化学教学设计课程为例,明确了课程目标及课程目标与毕业要求的对应关系,采用定量评价和定性评价2种方式对课程目标达成度进行评价.课程目标1的达成度为0.777,课程目标2的达成度为0.835,课程目标3的达成度为0.826,说明学生对教师职业认同感较强,很好地掌握了教学设计的基本方法,能基于STS、科学探究等理念进行课堂教学设计.通过评价发现,学生由于缺乏实际的教学体验,分析问题、解决问题的能力有待提高.在教学中要进一步将理论教学与教学实训相结合,增加案例教学的比重,提高学生的教学实践能力. The evaluation of the degree of achievement of curriculum objectives is an important basis for the continuous improvement of the teaching quality and the evaluation of the degree of achievement of graduation requirements.Taking the middle school chemistry teaching design course of chemistry normal major as an example,makes clear the corresponding relationship between the curriculum goal and the graduation requirement,and evaluates the degree of achieving the curriculum goal by using the quantitative evaluation and the qualitative evaluation.The attainments of Goal 1,Goal 2 and goal 3 were 0.777,0.835 and 0.826 respectively,indicating that students had a strong sense of teacher identity,good grasp of the basic methods of teaching design,can be based on STS,scientific inquiry and other ideas of classroom teaching design.Through the evaluation also found that students due to the lack of practical teaching experience,analysis,problem-solving ability needs to be improved.In teaching,should further combine theory teaching with teaching practice,increase the proportion of case teaching and improve students′ teaching practice ability.
