摘要
通过优化试剂配方、利用密闭恒温加热技术和固体试剂定量包装工艺,制备出一种用于泳池水尿素测试的快检试剂,并建立了一种操作简便、测试范围宽、测试精度高的快检方法。在最佳实验条件下,测定范围为:0.02~3.50mg/L,相关系数R2为:0.9992。多个实际样品3次测定结果RSD均<3.0%,加标回收率为95~100%,测试效果与国标法一致。
By optimizing the reagent formula,using the closed constant temperature heating technology and the quantitative packaging process of solid reagent,a rapid detection reagent for the test of urea in swimming pool water was prepared,and a rapid detection method with simple operation,wide test range and high precision was established.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the determination range is 0.02~3.50mg/l,and the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.9992.The RSD of three determination results of several actual samples was less than 3.0%,and the recovery was 95~100%.The test effect was consistent with the national standard method.
