远红外温热治疗仪法联合他扎罗汀在多发性跖疣中的应用

Application of far infrared thermotherapy combined with tazarotene in multiple plantar warts

目的:探究远红外温热治疗仪法联合他扎罗汀治疗多发性跖疣的价值。方法:选武汉市第一医院收治113例多发性跖疣患者,根据治疗方式分为联合组(远红外温热治疗仪法联合他扎罗汀,61例)、常规组(他扎罗汀,52例),比较两组临床疗效、复发率、T淋巴细胞亚群、白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)水平。结果:联合组治疗有效率、痊愈率高于常规组,3个月内复发率低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:远红外温热治疗仪法联合他扎罗汀治疗多发性跖疣效果好,可增强患者免疫调节及抗炎功能,且复发率低。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of far-infrared thermotherapy combined with tazarotene in the treatment of plantar warts.Methods:A total of 113 patients with poly-plantar wart were enrolled in a clinical study in Wuhan First Hospital.They were divided into two groups:the combined group(61 patients)and the normal group(52 patients).The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,T lymphocyte subset,interleukin-2(IL-2)level were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate and recovery rate in combined group were higher than those in conventional group,and the recurrence rate within 3 months was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2 in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Far-infrared thermotherapy combined with tazarotene was effective in the treatment of plantar warts.It enhanced immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory functions with low recurrence rate.
