一种变电站直流系统电池回路故障及电池风险识别系统

摘要 蓄电池是变电站直流系统的主要电源,也是直流系统的核心组成部分。当蓄电池组出现故障时,会危及变电站乃至电网的安全稳定运行。本文研发一套变电站直流系统电池回路故障及电池风险识别系统,在线实时集中监控直流母线、充电机及蓄电池组的运行情况,智能分析电池的优劣变化趋势,判定电池的健康情况,实现远程维护管理及故障预警通知,确保故障告警的及时性和准确性,保证电网的安全稳定运行,极大地减少了运维人员的工作量,适合在电网大规模推广使用。 Battery is the main power supply of DC system in substation,and it is also the core part of DC system.When the battery pack fails,it will endanger the safe and stable operation of the substation and even the power grid.This paper develops a set of battery circuit fault and battery risk identification system of DC system in substation,which monitors the operation of DC bus,charger and battery pack in real time,intelligently analyzes the change trend of battery,determines the health of battery,realizes remote maintenance management and fault warning notice,and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of fault alarm.It ensures the safe and stable operation of the power grid,greatly reduces the workload of operation personnel,and is suitable for large-scale application in power grid.
