劳动与社会保障的专业属性与社会需求研究——基于2017~2019年中央国家机关及30个省公务员招考数据

Study on the Professional Attributes and Social Demands of Labor and Social Security——Based on Data from the 2017 to 2019 Civil Service Recruitment Examinations for Central State Organs and 30 Provinces

劳动与社会保障专业目前在劳动力市场上拥有比较持续、稳定的社会需求。在提炼分析劳动与社会保障专业知识体系与社会需求关系的基础上,基于近三年中央国家机关及30个省/直辖市/自治区公务员招考数据,测量评价劳动与社会保障专业社会需求的研究结果表明:劳动与社会保障专业就业路径与专业类别培养目标差距较大,社会需求明显不及人力资源管理专业;社会需求在西部欠发达地区中较高,在最低(大专及以上)和较高(硕士、硕士及以上)学历中更高,在市、县、乡等基层组织的社会需求规模更大。

Labour and social security majors currently have a relatively constant and stable social demand in the labour market. On the basis of refining and analyzing the relationship between the professional knowledge system of labor and social security and social demand, based on the recruitment data of civil servants from central government organs and 30 provinces/municipalities/autonomous regions in recent three years, the results of measuring and evaluating the social demand of labor and social security show that: the gap between the employment paths of labour and social security majors and the training objectives of the professional categories is large, and the social demand is significantly lower than that of human resource management majors;the social demand is higher in the less developed regions in the west, higher in the lowest(college and above) and higher(master, master and above) education levels, and the scale of social demand is larger in grassroots organizations such as municipalities, counties and townships.
