摘要 随着当前国民经济整体数字化升级,人力资源管理和服务领域的岗位设置、工作内容及工作方式都随之发生巨大改变,数字化转型迫在眉睫。相应的专业人才培养标准也需顺应数字化、网络化、智能化发展的新趋势,对接新产业、新业态、新模式的发展要求。因此,高职人力资源管理专业人才培养目标、规格、模式等需紧密匹配人力资源管理和服务产业的升级转型。在专业就业面向上应进一步涵盖新模式下的就业岗位,如三支柱模式下的共享服务岗位;在课程体系及课程内容上应进一步提升数据分析处理的教学内容和技能培养;在教学保障方面,需提升实训、实践条件,将数据转型的业务前置到实训教学过程中。 With the overall digital upgrading of the current national economy, the post setting, work content and work mode in the field of human resources management and service have undergone tremendous changes, and the digital transformation is imminent. The corresponding professional personnel training standards also need to comply with the new trend of digital, networked and intelligent development, and meet the development requirements of new industries, new business forms and new models. Therefore, the training objectives, specifications and models of human resource management specialty in higher vocational colleges need to closely match the upgrading and transformation of human resource management and service industry. In the aspect of professional employment, it should further cover the employment post under the new mode, such as the shared service post under the three-pillar mode. The teaching content and skill training of data analysis and processing should be further improved in the curriculum system and content. In terms of teaching guarantee, it is necessary to improve the conditions of practical training and practice, and bring the business of data transformation into the process of practical training and teaching.
