涤纶的改性叶绿素染料转移印花工艺研究

摘要 文章以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐、叶绿素铜钠盐和乙酸苄酯制成色浆,印刷转印纸后经台板热压转印至涤纶表面制备印花涤纶织物,此外,还研究了印花温度、乙酸苄酯质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、压强、时间等对涤纶织物转移印花性能的影响。结果表明,运用该方法可制得层次丰富的印花涤纶织物,且最佳印花工艺条件如下:温度为220℃、时间为30 s、压强为0.5 MPa、叶绿素质量分数为35%、乙酸苄酯质量分数为1%,印花后的涤纶织物具有良好的耐摩擦和皂洗色牢度。 This paper uses 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, sodium copper chlorophyllin and benzyl acetate to make the color paste. After printing the transfer paper, the printed polyester fabric is prepared by transferring to the surface of polyester by hot pressing on the platen. In addition, the effects of printing temperature, mass fraction of benzyl acetate, mass fraction of chlorophyll, pressure and time on the transfer printing performance of polyester fabric are also studied. The results show that the printed polyester fabric with rich layers can be produced by this method, and the optimal printing process conditions are as follows: temperature is 220 ℃, time is 30 s, pressure is 0.5 MPa, mass fraction of chlorophyll is 35%, mass fraction of benzyl acetate is 1%, and the printed polyester fabric has good color fastness to rubbing and soaping.
