摘要
消防服、熔融金属飞溅防护服、防电弧服等阻燃热防护服在消防、冶金、石化、电力等行业得到了广泛应用。缝纫线是阻燃热防护服的关键辅料,对防护服的性能保障具有至关重要的作用。文章介绍了国内外阻燃热防护服对缝纫线的性能要求和检验方法,通过比较与分析,指出我国阻燃热防护服用缝纫线标准的发展方向,为阻燃热防护服的开发、市场监管提供合理的检测和评价依据。
Flame-retardant thermal protective clothing such as fire protection clothing, molten metal splash protective clothing and arc protection clothing have been widely used in fire protection, metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power and other industries. Sewing thread is the key auxiliary material of flame-retardant thermal protective clothing, which plays an important role in the performance of protective clothing. This paper introduces the performance requirements and inspection methods of domestic and foreign flame-retardant thermal protective clothing for sewing thread. Through comparison and analysis, it points out the development direction of China’s flame-retardant thermal protective clothing sewing thread standard, and provides reasonable inspection and evaluation basis for the development of flame-retardant thermal protective clothing and market supervision.
