This paper summarizes the characteristics and design points of jacquard needle and drafting on large jacquard scarf fabric, introduces the particularity of large jacquard scarf fabric. The width of the fabric is smaller than that of the large jacquard loom, the warp density is less than that of the original jacquard,it cannot be produced according to conventional split width design. This process design method expands the application range of wide loom, which can be used as a reference for the mass production of such products. Therefore, designing and changing jacquard bibcock stitch number, fancy drafting and fancy reed can meet the process design requirements of special products.
