摘要
结合河南某医药企业的生产工艺、废气排放特征及相关工程经验,提出了采用“树脂吸附-蒸汽脱附+蓄热式热氧化炉”相结合的VOCs废气净化技术,满足了企业关于VOCs废气资源化利用和达标排放两个方面的需求。本文对树脂吸附回收四氢呋喃有机溶剂的技术展开论述,现场运行结果表明:自2020年11月投入使用至今,树脂吸附装置运行稳定,效果极佳,年回收四氢呋喃约120 t,年净收益183.4万元,具有较好的环境效益和经济效益。
Combining the production process,exhaust gas emission characteristics and related engineering experience of a pharmaceutical company in Henan,a VOCs waste gas purification technology combining“resin adsorption-steam desorption+regenerative thermal oxidation furnace”is proposed,which satisfies the company's requirements for VOCs The demand for waste gas resource utilization and standard emission.This article only discusses the technology of resin adsorption and recovery of tetrahydrofuran organic solvent.The on-site operation results showed that:since it was put into use in November 2020,the resin adsorption device has been running stably and has excellent effects.The annual recovery of tetrahydrofuran is about 120 t,and the annual net income is 1.834 million yuan,with better environmental and economic benefits.
