摘要
自1993年“软实力”一词被引入国内以来,国内学者已经开始对“软实力”“文化软实力”进行研究。但其中对于“软实力”与“文化软实力”的定义以及二者关系的研究仍然相对较少。文章从“文化”“软实力”两个词的概念入手进行梳理,结合目前我国对“文化软实力”的实际运用认为,目前我国所提的文化软实力应当是有形的文化产品以及无形的文化观念所产生的软实力的总称。通过对“文化权利说”与“文化实力说”两种关于文化软实力本质讨论的梳理,结合目前关于文化软实力构成要素的分析,文章最终将文化软实力定义为一个国家利用自身所具有的具象及抽象的文化内容,通过整合、传播、吸引等手段去获取他人的理解与认同的实力,从而使本国在国际关系中获得更多支持。
Since the term"soft power"was introduced into China in 1993,domestic scholars have begun to study"soft power"and"cultural soft power".However,there are few studies on the definition and relationship between"soft power"and"cultural soft power".Based on the concept of"culture"and"soft power",combined with the actual application of"cultural soft power"in China,this paper holds that the cultural soft power proposed by China should be the general term of tangible cultural products and intangible cultural concepts.Based on the analysis of two kinds of discussions about the essence of cultural soft power,i.e.the theory of cultural rights and the theory of cultural strength,and the analysis of the elements of cultural soft power at present,this paper finally defines cultural soft power as the reality that a country uses its own concrete and abstract cultural content to gain the understanding and recognition of others through integration,communication,attraction and other means So as to gain more support in international relations.
