摘要
新时代背景之下,从多个维度、多个视角探析“工匠精神”的内涵,对中国职业院校在人员素养提升过程中所存在的一系列问题进行深入剖析具有重要示范意义。逐步健全人文素质教育的链条,对人文素质教育课程体系进行优化,并进一步拓宽人文素养师资建设可以帮助中国职业院校更好地培养学生的“工匠精神”,以此顺应中国制造发展形势,切实满足中国职业院校在生存发展方面的实际需求。目前,中国职业教育正在迈向内涵式发展、质量提升阶段,培养具备较强“工匠精神”的学生已经成为时代发展过程中的核心问题,但是过度强调“工匠精神”,不注重培养学生的人文素养,那么将会导致工匠精神培育、人文素养提升之间形成对立,该文在研究分析的过程之中,对工匠精神、人文素养之间所存在的关系进行深入剖析,并明确二者之间所存在的具体关联,然后在此基础之上提出工匠精神培育、人文素养提升同步进行的方法,旨在推动中国职业教育实现又好又快发展。
Under the background of the new era,it is of great significance to analyze the connotation of"craftsman spirit"from multiple dimensions and perspectives,and to deeply analyze a series of problems existing in the process of personnel quality improvement in China's vocational colleges.Gradually improving the chain of humanistic quality education,optimizing the curriculum system of humanistic quality education,and further broadening the construction of humanistic quality teachers can help Chinese Vocational Colleges better cultivate students'craftsmanship spirit,to conform to the development form of made in China and meet the actual needs of Chinese Vocational Colleges in survival and development.At present,China's vocational education is moving towards the stage of connotative development and quality improvement.The cultivation of students with strong"craftsman spirit"has become the core issue in the development of the times.However,overemphasizing"craftsman spirit"and not paying attention to the cultivation of students'humanistic quality will lead to the formation of opposition between the cultivation of craftsman spirit and the promotion of humanistic quality In this process,the relationship between craftsman spirit and humanistic quality is deeply analyzed,and the specific relationship between them is clear.Then on this basis,the method of simultaneous cultivation of craftsman spirit and improvement of humanistic quality is proposed,aiming at promoting the sound and rapid development of China's vocational education.
