摘要
在新时代语境下,以山东文化创意产业的发展现状和发展趋势为研究背景,从鲁菜文化的内涵与形式等方面展开探索,总结其中蕴含的美学意义,与艺术设计进行比较探索,并结合山东地区文化创意产业发展的现状、存在的问题,以鲁菜文化为切入点,通过对于鲁菜文化的解读将视觉语言与味觉、触觉感受相结合,融入山东文化创意产品的设计当中,提出创新发展山东文化创意产业方案,梳理山东文化创意产品设计新途径,以促进山东文化创意产业的发展。
In the context of the new era,taking the development status and development trend of Shandong Cultural and creative industry as the research background,this paper explores the connotation and form of Shandong cuisine culture,summarizes the aesthetic significance contained in it,and makes a comparative exploration with art design.Combined with the current situation and existing problems of cultural and creative industry development in Shandong Province,taking Shandong cuisine culture as the breakthrough point,through the analysis of Shandong cuisine culture The interpretation of food culture combines visual language,taste and tactile feeling into the design of cultural and creative products in Shandong,puts forward innovative development plan of Shandong Cultural and creative industry,combs new ways of Shandong Cultural and creative product design,so as to promote the development of Shandong Cultural and creative industry.
