文化旅游强省战略下甘肃省文旅融合人才培养模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Talents'Training Mode of Integr-ation of Culture and Tourism in Gansu Province under the Strategy of Strengthening the Province with Cultural Tourism

在文化旅游强省战略背景下,文旅融合复合型人才是甘肃省文化旅游产业提质增效的重要保障。尽管甘肃省在培养文化旅游人才方面积累了丰富经验,但文旅融合拓宽了文化旅游的内涵和外延,亟待创新文旅融合人才培养模式。通过调整培养目标、优化课程体系、出版专业教材、改革教学方法、拓展实践基地、培养创新创业能力、打造双师队伍7个方面创新文旅融合人才培养新模式,为甘肃省文化旅游强省建设提供人才支撑。

In the settings of the strategy of strengthening the provincial culture and tourism,innovative and creative talent sin the integration of culture and tourism are an important guarantee for the quality and efficiency of the cultural tourism industry in Gansu Province.Although Gansu Province has accumulated rich experience in cultivating cultural tourism talents,the integration of culture and tourism has broadened the connotation and extension of cultural tourism,and it is urgent to innovate the training mode of integrated cultural tourism talents in Gansu Province.By adjusting the training objectives,optimizing the curriculum system,publishing professional textbooks,reforming teaching methods,expanding the practice base,cultivating innovation ability,and building a teaching team,the new talents'training mode with integration of culture and tourism is constructed,which provides talents support for the construction of Gansu Province as a strong cultural tourism province.
