精处理阴树脂有机物污染诊断及ROR提质增效技术应用

摘要 总结水源中有机物在机组热力系统中的迁移规律。结合现场测试与室内检测手段,确认锅炉补给水中的有机物进入到热力系统是造成某电厂2号机组水汽品质劣化的直接原因。其次对精处理阴树脂有机物污染的原因进行了诊断与机理性分析,发现遭受有机物污染的阴树脂会在正洗和运行这两个阶段表现出漏钠现象,且有机物污染的程度与漏钠量呈正相关。最后对精处理的再生过程实施了树脂交互(resin on resin,ROR)提质增效技术后,有效解决了阴树脂因有机物污染而在再生过程中吸附NaOH的问题,还减轻了其有机物污染程度。根据其应用效果,认为ROR新技术能够为精处理的优化运行与节水减排工作带来显著效果与实际意义。 The transfer laws of organic matters from make-up water in steam-water cycles in power plants was summarized in this paper. Based on field tests and laboratory detection technology, it was confirmed that organic matters existed in make-up water entering the boiler thermodynamic system is a direct result of abnormal changes in steam-water quality. Then the diagnose and mechanism analysis of anion resin organic pollution in condensate polishing system were carried out. It was found that the phenomenon on sodium leakage happened in the stage of flushing and indesalting water treatment, which anion resin suffered from the contamination of organic matters, and the level of organic pollution was positively associated with the content of sodium leakage.Finally, resin on resin(ROR) technology on advancing quality and efficiency was applied to resin regeneration process,effectively solved the problem of sodium hydroxide adsorbed inside anion resin because of organic pollution during the resin regeneration, which also helped mitigate of the organic pollution. In accordance with its application results, ROR new technology was regarded as an effective method to bring remarkable effect and practical significance in terms of optimal operation, saving water and emission reduction in condensate polishing treatment.
