误诊下肢多发上皮样肉瘤1例并文献复习

摘要 上皮样肉瘤(Epitheliod sarcoma,ES)是一种罕见的高度恶性肿瘤,组织来源不明,主要累及真皮、皮下组织或更深的软组织。目前国内外文献报道的ES多见于上肢,发生于下肢者少见,同时累及多个部位的多发病灶更是罕见。现报道1例由感染-水肿-溃疡演变的下肢多发ES并复习相关文献。
