2014年至2018年四川省民族地区孕产妇死亡状况及相关因素分析

Analysis of maternal mortality and related influencing factors in ethnic areas of Sichuan Province from 2014 to 2018

目的:了解影响四川省民族地区孕产妇死亡的相关因素。方法:对四川省民族地区2014年至2018年孕产妇死亡个案进行回顾分析。结果:四川省民族地区死亡孕产妇分娩地点、死亡地点均以区县级医院为主,首位死因为产科出血。结论:四川省民族地区需着力加强产科出血防治、孕产期保健管理。

Objective :To understand the factors affecting maternal mortality in minority areas of Sichuan Province. Methods:The maternal death cases from 2014 to 2018 in the ethnic regions of Sichuan Province were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The birthplace and death place of pregnant women who died in the minority areas of Sichuan Province were mainly in district and county-level hospitals,and obstetric hemorrhage was the first cause of death. Conclusion:In ethnic areas of Sichuan Province,efforts should be made to strengthen the prevention and treatment of obstetric hemorrhage and the management of women health care during pregnancy and childbirth.
