摘要 为了准确掌握煤矿电缆火灾危险性,采用NBS烟密度测试箱和锥形量热仪测试了煤矿电缆火灾烟气的光透过率、不同热辐射强度下电缆的点燃时间、热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、总热释放量(THR)、烟生成速率峰值(PSPR)和总产烟量(TSP),并对煤矿电缆火灾危险性进行了分析。结果表明:煤矿电缆光透过率下降很快,130 s基本降为0;与30 kW/m^(2)时相比,35 kW/m^(2)和40 kW/m^(2)时PSPR、TSP和到达PSPR时间均明显降低;随热辐射强度增加,煤矿电缆的PHRR增大,40 kW/m^(2)时THR是30 k W/m^(2)和35 k W/m^(2)时的1.99和2.43倍;热辐射功率越大,煤矿电缆火灾危险性越大。 In order to accurately grasp the fire hazard performance of coal mine cable, the light transmittance of coal mine cable fire smoke, ignition time, peak heat release rate(PHRR), total heat release(THR), peak smoke generation rate(PSPR) and total smoke production(TSP) under different thermal radiation intensity were measured by NBS smoke density test box and cone calorimeter, and then the fire hazard of coal mine cable was analyzed. The results show that the light transmission rate decreases rapidly, it is basically reduced to 0 at 130 s. Compared with coal mine cable at 30 kW/m^(2), the PSPR, TSP, and arrival time of PSPR of coal mine cable at 35 kW/m^(2)and 40 kW/m^(2)are significantly reduced. With the increase of thermal radiation intensity,the PHRR of coal mine cable increased. The THR at 40 kW/m^(2)is 1.99 and 2.43 times higher than that at 30 kW/m^(2)and 35 kW/m^(2).Besides, the greater the thermal radiation power is, the greater the fire risk of coal mine cable is.
