摘要
针对葫芦素煤矿目前通风监测实时性差、通风设施未实现远程调控、风量调节过程复杂低效等问题,以风量调节可控、可视、智能化为目标,开展了包括超声波风速传感器和全断面测风站在内的风量精准测定装置、远程调节风窗等智能通风设施建设,从智能通风系统组成、原理、功能等方面设计并建成了葫芦素煤矿一体化通风智能管控系统,实现了矿井风量实时同步监测、风量远程调控和通风系统故障诊断,并具备通风设备管理、数据管理、预警管理、权限管理和远程控制等功能。
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time ventilation monitoring, lack of remote regulation of ventilation facilities,complex and inefficient air volume regulation process in Hulusu Coal Mine, in order to realize the controllability, visualization and intelligence of air volume regulation, the construction of intelligent ventilation facilities such as accurate air volume measurement device and remote regulation air window, including ultrasonic wind speed sensor and full section wind measuring station, has been carried out in terms of functions, the integrated ventilation intelligent control system of Hulusu Coal Mine is designed and constructed, which realizes the real-time synchronous monitoring of mine air volume, remote regulation of air volume and fault diagnosis of ventilation system, and has the functions of ventilation equipment management, data management, early warning management, authority management and remote control.
