山东省炼焦煤品质及有害微量元素特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 山东省炼焦煤储量丰富,具有较强的开发潜力。对山东省内主要矿区炼焦煤的品质情况进行研究并分析炼焦煤中磷、砷、氟、氯、汞的分布特征和赋存形态,有利于优质煤炭资源的合理利用、规划与开发。采取山东省内24个地区的炼焦煤煤样,依据样品分析项目的测定方法、含量分级及评价方法,结合归一化分析对省内各市炼焦煤的磷、砷、氟、氯、汞含量进行比对分析,并与全国煤、世界煤均值进行比对,剖析山东省矿区微量有害元素含量特征,进一步开展其煤中有害微量元素含量与灰分的相关性分析。相关研究表明:山东省炼焦煤具有低灰分、中硫分、高挥发分和高发热量的特征;山东省炼焦煤中磷、砷、氟含量平均值低于中国煤磷、砷、氟含量平均值,其汞含量平均值与中国煤汞含量的平均值相当,其氯含量平均值高于中国煤氯含量平均值;山东省炼焦煤中磷、砷、氟、氯、汞含量与灰分的相关性研究表明,其煤中磷、氯、汞的赋存形态与煤炭灰分水平相关,元素之间相关性依赖于所统计的煤炭样品的总体同质性和样本容量。 Shandong province has abundant coking coal reserves and its development potential is good.Study on the quality of coking coal in main mining areas in Shandong province was done,analysis of distribution characteristics and occurrence forms of phosphorus,arsenic,fluorine,chlorine and mercury in coal was done as well,which was conducive to the rational utilization,planning and development of coal resources.The coking coal samples from 24 districts of Shandong province were collected,the phosphorus,arsenic,fluorine,chlorine and mercury in coking coal from different cities were analyzed and compared based on determination method of sample analysis items,content classification and evaluation method and combined with normalization analysis.They were also compared with the average value of national coal and world coal,content characteristics of trace harmful elements in mining areas of Shandong province were analyzed,and the correlation analysis between the content of trace harmful elements and ash content was carried out further.These studies indicate that:Shandong coking coal has the characteristics of low ash,medium sulfur,high volatile content and calorific value;the average contents of phosphorus,arsenic,and fluorine in coking coal in Shandong province are significantly lower than the national coal level,the average mercury content is consistent with the national level,and the average chlorine content is relatively higher than the national level.The correlation analysis of ash and contents of phosphorus,arsenic,fluorine,chlorine,arsenic and mercury in coal shows that the modes of occurrence of phosphorus,chlorine and mercury are strongly according to the ash levels,and the correlation among elements depends greatly on the overall homogeneity of coals samples and sample sizes.
