准格尔地区煤炭资源特性与配煤试验研究

摘要 针对准格尔地区煤炭资源特性进行相应配煤试验研究,可为进一步提升准格尔地区煤炭产品质量、优化煤炭产品结构及拓展其综合利用途径提供基础支撑。通过对准格尔地区各煤矿具有代表性的煤炭样品进行采取与检测分析,研究准格尔地区煤炭资源特性分布并评价其综合利用方向,基于准格尔地区内部煤炭资源的优势互补特点进行配煤试验研究。研究结果表明:准格尔地区整体具有低灰、低硫、低有害微量元素、中高发热量的优良煤质特性,适宜作为动力用煤与化工用煤,其中南部地区产出特低灰、高热值优质煤炭,是优质的发电、喷吹、配煤等用煤资源;东部地区煤炭灰中三氧化二铝的含量较高,均值达43.98%,具有较高的煤灰熔融性温度,同时具有一定的粉煤灰提取氧化铝价值;南部地区低灰熔融性温度的优质煤通过配入少量东部地区的高灰熔融性温度煤,可在基本保持原有优质煤质特性基础上显著提高煤灰熔融性温度。 The research on the characteristics of coal resources and coal blending test in Jungar area can provide basic support for further improving the quality of coal products in Jungar area,optimizing the structure of coal products and expanding its comprehensive utilization.Through the sampling,detection and analysis of coal samples from representative coal mines in Jungar area,the characteristics distribution of coal resources in Jungar area was studied and its comprehensive utilization direction was evaluated.Coal blending experiments were carried out based on the complementary advantages of coal resources in Jungar area.The results show that Jungar area as a whole has the excellent coal quality characteristics of low ash,low sulfur,low harmful trace elements and medium high calorific value,which is suitable for power coal and chemical coal.The southern area produces ultra-low ash,high calorific value high-quality coal,which is the high-quality coal resource for power generation,injection,coal blending,etc.The content of Al_(2)O_(3) in coal ash in the Eastern region is relatively high,the average value is 43.98%,it has high ash melting temperature and a certain value of extracting alumina from fly ash.Through blending a small amount of high ash melting temperature coal in the East into high-quality coal with low ash melting temperature in the South,the ash melting temperature can be significantly increased on the basis of basically maintaining the original high quality coal properties.
