低压电网0.4 kV跨接装置的改进设计方案

摘要 针对上海市某区域低压电网跨接装置存在的接触点烧毛、绝缘层老化等运行问题进行原因分析。根据原因分析结果提出了更换跨接导线与触头材料、加装绝缘保护套和采用箱体式低压跨接装置3种不同的设计方案,并阐述了每种设计方案的改进思路及特点。通过对比3种设计方案的优缺点,确定采用箱体式低压跨接装置为最优设计方案,其具有更高的安全性、可靠性和操作效率,能够降低低压线路的运行风险,提高低压电网的安全稳定性。 This paper analyzes the causes of the operation problems such as contact point singeing and insulation layer aging in the low-voltage network bonding device in an area of Shanghai. According to the result of reason analysis, three different design schemes are put forward, such as replacing the material of the jumper wire and the contact, installing the insulation protective sleeve and using the box-type low-voltage bonding device. The improvement ideas and characteristics of each design scheme are described. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three design schemes, it is confirmed that the box-type low-voltage bonding device is the optimal design scheme, which has better safety, reliability and operation efficiency, and can reduce the operation risk of low-voltage lines, and improve the security and stability of low-voltage grid.
